The growing challenges of sustainable production are linked on the one hand to issues such as those of energy costs, raw materials supply and international geopolitical tensions, on the other to the need of a fashion sector able to interpret new market needs considering transparency, traceability and sustainability issues. We work with expensive metals and therefore we care a lot about the waste, every tiny processing waste is recovered and put back into the production cycle after melting: our waste figures are close to 0. Furthermore, if on the one hand the alloys we work with are all certified and free of nickel, cadmium, lead and other toxic materials, on the other we prefer high quality and more sustainable galvanic finishes. Furthermore, the challenge today is to find new coloring solutions that replace, with the same performance dyes containing substances that are toxic to health and the environment. All chemical components such as lead, chromium, nickel, banned because pollutants, we reused to enhance the quality of the product, its resistance and performance. By now, the common thread of all the research is the use of environmentally friendly galvanic coatings that at the same time ensure top results in terms of technical and aesthetic features. Every day, we fight this battle through tests and analyses alongside the big brands: the products they require must be super resistant to the worst weathers and temperatures and processed with galvanic coatings in line with the law.”
