With the aim of relieving weight from the strain of work, Idea77, a Top System brand, has chosen essential aspects – in the design of ‘Zeus’. By definition, the safety boot designed by the dedicated team of experts must be light, agile, yet safe and secure.
Made in Italy, metal free, weighing only one kilogram, Zeus comes in two variants depending on the intended use. The white/blue model with protection index S4 SR CI FO (in this case the weight in size 43 is only 440 g/pc) is intended for workers in the food industry, while Zeus S5 SR CI FO in yellow/black, green/lime or blue/black is designed to meet professional needs in the construction, oil industry, agriculture or gardening sectors. The various catalogue colours identify the area of use, but on request the company can develop a customised product in colour and logo.
Completely impermeable to water and resistant to chemicals, the upper with ankle cover is utralight and tear-proof in premium quality EVA foam, a material – we remind you – that is fungus- and bacteria- proof, hypoallergenic, non-toxic, heat-insulating, washable, does not fade on exposure to sunlight, does not absorb odours and is not subject to hydrolysis. The webbing is antistatic, while the insert on the heel is designed to facilitate removal. The certified fibreglass toe cap is resistant to an impact of more than 200J, 30% lighter than steel, as well as being more comfortable and less prone to distortion upon compression, anti-oxidising and elastic. The sole is made of rubber: the self-cleaning tread pattern with Standard Antislip SR is resistant to oils, hydrocarbons and up to temperatures of 300°C. The ultra-comfortable absorbent insole is interchangeable.
Zeus safety footwear complies with EU Regulation 2016/425 as Category II Personal Protective Equipment and with the requirements of the harmonised standards EN ISO 20345:2022 and EN ISO 20345:2011.
The Idea77 product range also includes safety boots for hobbies such as hunting and fishing. The Piuma Outdoor model with its 250 g/pcs is the lightest boot on the market for civilian use. The EVA sole with self-cleaning tread pattern is again combined with an ultra-light and tear-resistant EVA first quality upper.
