Minucoop, training in complexity

Minucoop puts in place targeted strategies to address market changes and the future of small metalworking

“We are tenacious and positive. We are characterised by enthusiasm, inventiveness and the ability to put ourselves out there. Essential qualities for success that we try to pass on to our employees and collaborators to motivate them, because they are the main resource of the company.” The words of Graziano Ennio, commercial director of Minucoop, conveying a vivid image of the industrial cooperative specialising in the production of small metal parts for fashion. It is a powerful vision for moving forward. The Padua company with its team of highly specialised professionals, who have made quality and precision their trademark, has all the credentials to offer clients highly customised solutions. Two warehouses, a technical design office, a mechanical workshop with computerised numerical control machine tools, a vast assembly department, commercial-administrative and order development offices, a warehouse stocking both raw materials and semi-finished products ready to be quickly completed according to orders are just some of the requirements that give an idea of the size of the company and its potential in terms of proactive capacity. “Today, the economy has changed, we can no longer generate profit on quantity, but on Made in Italy quality, which is why we focus on the creation of laborious articles with high added value, focusing on technique, colours, and the study of complex graphic shapes,” continues Graziano Ennio. “We are investing in the sustainability of materials and in particular in the realisation of product lines in stainless steel, a hard material to work with, but completely recyclable and with a low environmental impact. This is demanded by the market in the automotive, medical, naval and household appliance sectors, which we have been pushing towards for some years now. Our task is to solve, among others, the difficulties caused by the use, imposed by the Reach regulation, of sustainable colours and electroplating (without chromium, cobalt, PFAS, etc.). We are facing a complex world, but we are ready to face any complexity, aiming straight at the goal.”
