TEXON T438 COTTON BY COATS FOOTWEAR
This is a high-quality material that guarantees style and, at the same time, unsurpassed comfort, made from 100% pre-consumer and latex reclaimed cotton linear fiber. It is used to make insoles or removable insoles for all types of footwear, from women’s shoes to hiking boots to casual shoes. The PH-neutral washable material absorbs sweat and unpleasant odors thanks to the antibacterial fungicide treatment.

POWERFLEX BY COATS FOOTWEAR
This elastic and breathable TPU-based reinforcement material is coated with a revolutionary flexible adhesive that allows for quick and easy application to knits and other elastic and non-elastic materials. Powerflex is different from standard reinforcements in that, being coated with this stretchable thermo-adhesive, it allows the material to be elastic in all directions and remain breathable while retaining and supporting its shape – properties that are truly unique on the market.

TEXON FOREST BY COATS FOOTWEAR
This is a new cellulose project product that opens up new scenarios of sustainability as it is made from 50% recycled fiber (a minimum of 45% -55% is guaranteed); the remaining fiber is however FSC – Forest Stewardship Council certified.
This article has excellent resistance to bending and flaking and can be used in any type of insole. In fact, for insoles without shanks, a material that does not risk delamination is needed. Analyzing an article with a thickness of 2 mm, Forest, although it contains a considerable amount of recycled fiber, has a very high resistance to the Mullen Tape delamination test of more than 300 Kpa points, making it clearly superior to other products made with virgin fiber. It is therefore particularly suitable for double heel insoles and can be used for accentuated arch supports.
