The 3rd National Edition of the Felix Industry Award “L’Italia che compete” (wherein Italy competes) for management performance, financial reliability and sustainability was held on November 24, 2022 at the University of Rome, LUISS Guido Carli. In the presence of a group of prestigious guests, ELISABET Srl (ltd) was awarded as one of the most competitive, reliable and sustainable companies. “It was a great emotion that I feel like sharing with all the people who work with me in the company and all the partners” said Lara Vallasciani, CEO of Elisabet Srl. “We know that future times will be complicated, that the near future will certainly be challenging, but we want to grow further and confirm ourselves as a reference company in our sector”.

Elisabet, a leading company in the children’s fashion and footwear sector, boasts in its portfolio of licensed brands important international names such as the brands belonging to the American giant PVH, Calvin Klein Jeans and Tommy Hilfiger, Bikkembergs, a brand controlled by a Levitas company. Elisabet also has a licensing agreement with the Italian company Manila Grace for the production and distribution of the girls’ footwear line and two proprietary brands: Morelli and Walkey.

A company that has been able to cope better with this delicate economic phase, aggravated by the pandemic and the ongoing conflict, by investing in digitalisation, expanding its presence in the foreign market and consciously tackling the challenges of environmental transition. In 2021 Elisabet, to be able to keep up with the growing development of digitalization launched the virtual showroom: an access door to the collections for national and international customers where all the information and products can be viewed, with 360° images, thanks to integrated tools and cutting-edge technologies. Furthermore, the company, which has always been very attentive to sustainability issues, has invested in new integrated Industry 4.0 machinery which has allowed it to make production processes more efficient and thus obtain the international certification “The social & Labor Convergence Program”.

In 2022 Elisabet also obtained the “CHAMPION FOR GROWTH” award, as assigned by the German Quality and Finance Institute (ITQF) in collaboration with the business weekly magazines Affari&Finanza / La Repubblica.
