Moro Minuterie, a company that creates value

Moro Minuterie: 50 years of success in the small metal parts sector, between quality, innovation and customer satisfaction.

Moro Minuterie, a Padua company specialising in the production of small metal parts, is preparing to celebrate an important milestone: its 50th anniversary in 2024. Founded in 1974, the company has won the respect and admiration of both clients and competitors, spanning five decades of challenges and success in the manufacturing world. The key to success for Moro Minuterie lies in its unwavering commitment to innovation and product quality. The company is distinguished by its meticulous attention to detail and its ability to anticipate market needs. Thanks to the passion and dedication of its founders and team, together with the search for new technology and investment in advanced machinery, Moro Minuterie has established itself as a reference point in the precision metal small parts sector. During an interview at Lineapelle, Silvia Moro, a member of the second generation at the head of the company, said: “This is our first participation since the last edition in February 2020. We have worked hard to develop a new collection with interesting innovations. We are pleased with how it has been received by clients, who have shown great interest in our products. In particular, we have seen strong interest in our new Work & Safety accessory lines, which are designed to meet the needs of the most demanding consumers. Let’s say it was positive. The second day, in particular, was a fruitful one. We made new contacts so we are confident. We have the feeling that this stagnant moment is coming to an end. We are confident.” The new lines of accessories for the footwear world proposed by the company have attracted great interest. The eyelets, with shiny finishes and unique shapes, offer a touch of glamour, while the combinations of zamak and brass make it possible to create customised styles at the request of the client. For safety shoes, the company has come up with decorations and coloured washers to make the products more fashionable. Washers are available in various colours, allowing for customised combinations. In addition, lighter and more comfortable rubber versions have been developed with bright colours for women.
Silvia Moro commented: “The trend is to follow a minimalist style. However, we believe that small metal parts can be a distinctive feature for manufacturers, allowing them to stand out from the competition. Our eyelets, even those with shiny finishes or unique shapes, can add a glamorous touch to footwear of all types without compromising performance. We believe these products can meet the needs of consumers who want safe and fashionable footwear.” Moro Minuterie looks to the future with optimism, aiming to consolidate its presence in both the domestic and international markets. The company is therefore preparing to write a new chapter in its success story, confirming its commitment to innovation, quality and excellence. In fact, continuous investment in research and development is planned, in order to offer products that are always at the cutting edge and in line with market demands.
Silvia Moro concluded the interview with these words: “Our goal is to help our clients sell more through our accessories, which must be functional, aesthetically pleasing and of high quality. We will continue to work with passion and dedication to meet the needs of our clients and to remain a reference point in the small metal goods sector.”
