At the A+A fair in Düsseldorf 2023, Garsport launched an exclusive preview of an innovative product line.
Thanks to the know-how acquired in over 50 years of production experience, and after in-depth studies and research, Garsport has developed the new Hexalight line, an excellent system that ensures unprecedented comfort and lightness, managing to take advantage of the physical characteristics of the polyurethane, combined with those of physics.
In fact, the new Hexalight sole is a new way of conceiving the lightness and comfort of footwear. The tread is made through direct injection of dual-density polyurethane into the upper.
The compact polyurethane tread guarantees excellent grip, and brilliantly passed the tests to comply with the new 20345:2022 regulation.
The midsole, however, is the real innovation. Made in lightweight, low- density expanded polyurethane, it features open holes located in the heel area, so that the shoe is further light and cushioning during use. The holes, conical in shape, take advantage of the principles of physics, and in addiction to provide the shoe with a structure, they also let any material residues or debris to be discharged outside, if the shoe is used outdoor. The new Hexalight sole, in addition to being innovative and high- performance, also has an eye on eco-sustainability and respect for the environment: thanks to its structure, it reduces waste and the use of polyurethane in the injection phase.
The Hexalight line will be made up of several new models, Mid, Low cut, S1p/S3, to ensure the end consumer to choose the most suitable model.
