The research and development of XL EXTRALIGHT® have led to the achievement of another pivotal objective, a unique feat for the sector: the moulding of a two-tone injection material. The sophisticated, patented technology called XL EXTRALIGHT® Dual Color results in a lower waste production compared to the assembly of two different components and, unlike compact materials, it ensures higher flexibility and lightness. Last but not least, it manages to reduce the energy consumption rate throughout the processing cycle, given that both colours are injected at the same time.
