Spraytech PAINTERTOOL® represents an innovative system for the simulation of spraying and drying of individual leather samples, solving problems of inaccuracy and waste in manual or automatic testing.
Our patented system simulates a product test with a 100% yield equal to the final result obtained in-line: this is thanks to 3 variable axes which, aided by a rotary element on the gun and a dedicated software able to replicate the identical dimensions and characteristics of your machine, reproduce movement, application and final result of a spray carried out in the booth.
The Paintertool system incorporates an automated leather conditioning system with infrared lamps, which allows for automated drying while keeping the system compact and being able to dry the leather immediately after the spraying process.
This system provides numerous advantages over traditional manual or automatic spraying systems, which are:
