Spraytech PainterTool, the spraying simulator designed for sampling and small quantities of leather

The search for innovative systems to satisfy every type of market request never ceases at Spraytech, which patents a new machine dedicated to the production of small batches and samples

Spraytech, based in Gambellara, a town of the Arzignano area, is specialized in the design and manufacturing of paint distribution plants and systems, flow regulators, booths and complete and fully automated spraying lines. The company recently launched an innovation, that is the “PainterTool”, a new machine used for sampling and small quantities of leather. The first perfectly-working prototype, was assembled specifically for the latest edition of Simac TT fair, and it fully entered production in early autumn last year. CEO & Technical Director Stefano Mastrotto and Sales Manager Cristiano Dalla Valle confirmed: “This model features Spraytech patent. We worked hard on the R&D phase as it represents a very technologically advanced machine. We planned to develop it for some time, but we preferred to take the right steps to ensure utmost efficiency, as it’s highly requested in the market. The results are proving us right, also considering the number of appointments arranged and the high interest from trade operators.” Flexibility is of one of the main features of the PainterTool, which will make it very attractive on the Italian and international markets. Mastrotto and Dalla Valle explained, “Basically, this machine, manages to simulate the spraying conditions of a complete line, also guaranteeing different customization options with regard to the booths, reproducing first and foremost the rotary, elliptical or alternating movement. With this very innovative technology, we are also able to simulate different internal specifications, so not only the working width, but also the number of arms, guns and possible arcs required for the type of processing. In addition to the spraying phase, the “PainterTool” is also equipped with an automatic leather drying system, guaranteeing the customer the possibility of performing a sampling or producing small batches while achieving the same result that would have been obtained with a working cycle of the entire production line. With a single machine, a complete process is guaranteed, from start to finish, and the extraordinary thing is that the operation, in all its phases, can be performed by a single operator, without having to turn on a complete production line, which would require a lot of time and, above all, high energy consumption, a factor that has become crucial in recent times.”
