L’azienda lombarda si espande e si affaccia sul mercato del fashion sviluppando, tra le altre, una linea dedicata alla produzione di stivali Il comparto moda è la nuova frontiera di Over Stampi. L’azienda leader nella produzione di stampi a iniezione per scarpe di sicurezza, da lavoro e da trekking ha avviato un piano di sviluppo aziendale che prevede nuovi investimenti nella produzione di calzature e stivali in pvc e in poliuretano per il fashion e il tempo libero. “L’idea è nata dall’esigenza di soddisfare una specifica richiesta del mercato”, ci spiega Matteo Sarto, project manager dell’azienda di Cassolnovo, in provincia di Pavia. “Da sempre siamo impegnati nella ricerca di tecnologie innovative che avvantaggino i nostri clienti nello sviluppo di prodotti performanti e al passo coi tempi. Senza rinnegare il core business storico, facendo anzi tesoro dell’esperienza accumulata, ci siamo spinti oltre, esplorando differenti tipologie di stampi che soddisfino le esigenze di una moda in continua evoluzione”. Accanto alla realizzazione di sandali, ciabattine e stivali in pvc, una parte significativa delle risorse è destinata allo stampaggio di stivali in poliuretano, sia a iniezione che a spruzzo. “Il metodo a spruzzo – sottolinea in particolare Matteo Sarto – è una tecnica rivoluzionaria su cui ci stiamo specializzando grazie alla partnership avviata con Stemma, produttore di impianti e macchinari per lo stampaggio di articoli in poliuretano. Stemma ha sviluppato una macchina specifica per gli stivali che spruzza il poliuretano anziché iniettarlo e noi stiamo supportando l’azienda veneta nel realizzare prototipi sempre più complessi che sfruttino al meglio le potenzialità offerte da questa nuova tecnologia”. Il poliuretano a spruzzo presenta due vantaggi 
fondamentali: la possibilità di stampare stivali di spessore sottilissimo nonostante l’altezza e una definizione superficiale allo stampo così perfetta da consentire la realizzazione di finiture molto tecniche e particolari (micro incisioni, effetto pellame ecc.). “In fiera alla prossima edizione di Lineapelle esporremo prodotti campione realizzati in collaborazione con Stemma, esemplificativi dell’efficacia di una tecnologia che già desta l’interesse di marchi importanti della moda”. L’introduzione di nuove linee produttive ha comportato per Over Stampi un ampliamento della sede industriale e della dotazione impianti: “Per non sacrificare la nostra produzione standard è stato avviato dai titolari Roberto Sarto e Dino Rossi un processo di espansione strutturale”, conclude Matteo Sarto. “Abbiamo acquisito un secondo capannone raddoppiando l’area produttiva, acquistato nuove macchine e incrementato il personale specializzato. Insomma, abbiamo raccolto le sfide di un mercato che cambia immaginando il futuro”. Un futuro che, per Over Stampi, passa attraverso la creatività, il design e lo stile made in Italy apprezzato in tutto il mondo.

The Lombard company is widening its scope of action and showing a growing interest in the fashion market, resulting in the development, among other things, of a line completely dedicated to boots manufacturing The fashion industry is Over Stampi’s new frontier. A prominent name in the production of injection moulds for safety, work and trekking shoes, the company has launched a business development plan that entails new investments in the manufacturing of PVC and polyurethane footwear as well as boots designed for the fashion sector and leisure time. “This idea came from the need to meet a specific market request,” explained Matteo Sarto, project manager of the company headquartered in Cassolnovo, Pavia province. “We have always been committed to the research of innovative technologies that can help our customers in the development of high- performance articles in line with the times. Without neglecting our traditional core business, but rather treasuring the experience acquired in said field, we overstepped our boundaries, by exploring different kinds of moulds that can fulfill the demands of the ever-changing fashion industry.” In addition to the making of sandals, slippers and boots in PVC, significant resou
rces have been directed to the moulding, using both injection and spray technologies, of polyurethane boots. “The spray method.” underlined Matteo Sarto, “is truly a groundbreaking technique to which we are playing close attention thanks to the partnership forged with Stemma, manufacturer of plants and machinery for the moulding of polyurethane articles. Stemma has developed a specific machine for boots that sprays the polyurethane rather than injecting it: we are currently supporting the Venetian company in the making of increasingly complex prototypes conceived to make the most of this new technology’s potential.” Spray polyurethane entails two pivotal benefits: the chance to get boots featuring a reduced thickness despite the height and a truly perfect surface definition to the mould that allows to apply technical and special finishes (micro engraving, leather effect, and much more). “At the upcoming edition of Lineapelle, we are going to showcase sample products manufactured in close collaboration with Stemma, putting in the limelight the effectiveness of a technology that has already aroused the interest of renowned fashion brands.” The introduction of new production lines has led to the enlargement of the corporate industrial premises and to the addition of state-of-the-art equipments: “In order not to forgo our core production, the owners of the company, Roberto Sarto and Dino Rossi, have launched a process of structural upgrading,” went on Matteo Sarto. “We have acquired a second factory, thus doubling our production area, purchased new machines and increased the specialized staff.
